On the ground floor you will find a kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Upstairs there is a living room, 2 additional bedrooms, and another full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes both a capsule coffee machine and a filter coffee maker. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, iron, and washing machine. The house is filled with natural light throughout the day. Outdoors, you can enjoy a plot surrounded by trees and flowers, with the house at its center. A private, uncovered terrace at the front is accessed by two steps. The private garden offers sea and mountain views. The outdoor private pool, about 4 x 8 meters, is mainly available from June to September, though this may be extended depending on the weather. The pool is accessed by steps or a metal ladder and is surrounded by a sunbathing area and an outdoor shower. You can also use the private barbecue for outdoor meals. Events are not allowed on the property. The front area serves as a parking space for two cars, with additional parking possible on the driveway or on the street.
